Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1500. For orders below that, there is a shipping fee of Rs. 100.
Products are dispatched from our warehouse within two days of placing an order and the average delivery time is 2 weeks. As soon as your package is shipped, we will email the tracking information to you. Please note that delivery time may vary depending on where you are located and the product ordered by you, as our artisans are also spread across different remote locations.
No. We are working to be able to serve regions all over India very soon, however, for the moment, we are only shipping to locations within Rajasthan and Delhi NCR.
HwF returns policy gives you the option to return items purchased from us within 10 days. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can mail us at hwfsupport@heartswithfingers.com. Once authorised, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
If you are dissatisfied with the product, email us your feedback within 48 hours of receiving your order at hwfsupport@heartswithfingers.com and we will arrange for a free pick up. Please note that this is only applicable for products that are classified as returnable on the product page of our website. Once we receive the product back from you, we will initiate the refund process. It usually takes about 10 days in the entire process. Please ensure that the product is packed in its original packing and the tags are intact. Note that the return can only be successful if the product is undamaged.
Yes, you can return individual items from a larger order. However, please note, all our sellers are located in different locations. Therefore, if your order contains items from multiple/different sellers, please match the return tracking ID carefully at the time of pick up.
Once your return has been authorised, we'd be happy to process your refund or replacement, based on what you have requested for. In the case of a refund, the same amount will be credited back to the payment mode that you used to checkout. In the case of a replacement, the same will be shipped to you within two days of authorisation.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns beyond the 10 day return/exchange window.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order as we cannot cancel a shipment that has already been dispatched. You can initiate a return or exchange only within 10 calendar days of placing an order.
