Inspired by the Korean finger heart, the heartswithfingers gesture of joining the thumb and index finger to make a heart is a way of connecting with these women and showing support for their hard work and resilience.

heartwithfingers works with many different enterprises all over the country. The items are all stored in different locations. Please check the shipping information tab on the product page to know how long it will take for it to reach you.
Please check the product page for every product where the shipping and returns terms are clearly stated. We do not accept returns of perishables, food products and personal care products. For other products, please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1500. For orders below this, we charge a standard shipping rate of Rs.100
Please check the product page to see if your product qualifies for a return. If yes, you can write to us at support@heartswithfingers.com requesting a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please make sure that the packaging and labels are intact. We will organise a pick up for you accordingly.
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or wrong product, please write to support@heartswithfingers.com with a picture of the product within 48 hours of receiving it, so that we can verify and process a refund or replacement.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order as we cannot cancel a shipment that has already been dispatched.You can initiate a return or exchange only within 10 calendar days of placing an order.
We intend to service customers all over India, however we are currently operating only within Rajasthan and Delhi NCR.
We accept all modes of payment, including Paytm, credit card, debit card, cash on delivery/net banking.
Yes, you can return individual items from a larger order. However please note, all our sellers are located in different locations. Therefore if your order contains items from multiple/different sellers, please match the return tracking ID carefully at the time of pick up.
