Made from A2 cow milk of the native Rathi breed, this ghee is crafted from cream using the traditional Bilona method. Sourced directly from our trusted network of dairy farmers in the Thar region of Bikaner, every jar is filled with goodness from happy, healthy grass-fed cows raised in a nurturing environment.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
  • Fresh milk is pasteurised.
  • Cream is separated from milk.
  • Culture is added to the cream and left overnight to set.
  • Cream is churned to separate butter by the Bilona method.
  • Butter is melted to create sparkling yellow Desi Ghee.
STORAGE

Consume within 12 months from the date of manufacturing.
