45 year- old Udi was married off young like most women in her community, due to which she had to abruptly give up hopes of attaining a higher education. After marriage, Udi started farming and growing wheat, maize, and vegetables on her land to cover her household expenses. When Udi learned about the spices unit in her village she joined work there immediately.
