Behind Radha’s gleaming smile is a powerful story of courage. Married off at the tender age of 12, Radha was deprived of an education. Her husband left her a few years ago, with two children to fend for on her own. Her deep yearning to become financially independent led her to join the spice unit. Radha handles sorting, grading, grinding and packaging. She can also handle the maintenance of machines.
